Spring Education Event
Saturday, April 16, 2011
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This event is very popular. Join us for an exciting day of workshops and
discussions with co-op members from across Toronto and York Region
You will choose from two workshops in the morning and three workshops in the
afternoon. Your registration fee will include a continental breakfast and a buffet
lunch. Also, our Co-op Cost Cutter partners will be generously donating giveaways for participants.
The morning workshops will be
• The healthy co-op: how will I know if my co-op has the flu? (for federallyfunded
co-ops) and
• What’s where in our by-laws? (for SHRA co-ops)
In the afternoon, you can choose between
• Beyond participation,
• Making the board/staff relationship work, and
• Stop the fighting!
